Barrel Estate 8386 Wine pays homage to our founder Alfred Wilmore's inaugural vintage from 1893, when he first established our cherished vineyard. That historic year marked the beginning of our winemaking legacy, with Alfred crafting exactly 8,386 bottles of wine from the estate's first harvest. This precise number has become legendary within our history, representing not just the quantity produced, but the birth of a winemaking tradition that would span generations.
